AN UPDATE FROM IOSCO CHRISTIAN WOMEN (July, 2026)

After much prayer and thoughtful consideration, the Iosco Christian Women leadership team has made the decision to 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻.

Since the beginning, our desire has been to create opportunities for women across Iosco County to connect, grow in their faith, and encourage one another in Christ. We are deeply grateful for every woman who attended an event, served alongside us, prayed for this ministry, and helped make these gatherings possible.

This decision comes as our founding leader begins a full-time Chaplain Residency at Covenant HealthCare in Saginaw. Because of the significant time commitment this calling requires, we believe it is wise to pause the ministry rather than continue without the leadership and attention it deserves.

While we don’t know what the future holds, we remain thankful for all God has done through Iosco Christian Women and trust Him to guide what comes next in His perfect timing.
