If you’re new to ICW, here’s our backstory.
We held our first event in March of 2024 and began rotating to different cities in Iosco County, meeting at different churches/locations, and getting to know so many new sisters in our area.
Women came together to worship. Women singing together — it’s beautiful and was definitely a highlight of the year. We purposefully focused on what we have in common in the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Our goal was never to replace women’s groups at churches but rather to create opportunities for women’s groups, and for women who do not feel a part of any group, to come together in Jesus’ name.
We want to thank all of the pastors who opened their churches and hearts to us. Thank you to the women who attended the events, especially those who carpooled and drove so far to encourage women from churches on the other side of Iosco.

Our Next Event
A concert of prayer is a gathering of people who pray together.
The term “concert of prayer” has been used since the early 1700s to describe major prayer movements.
It can include scripture readings, worship music, and prayers.
There is no one formula for the “concert.”
Our program will include worship music from start to finish whether that be singing songs, listening/meditating during a song or praying in small groups with songs in the background.
We will include scripture and specific prayer topics that we will be praying about. The topics that we have chosen to focus on are:
You don’t have to pray out loud. Please come, even if you are not comfortable praying out loud. There will be other people in your prayer circle that will. 😊 Your presence matters and God hears us when we pray silently as well.
2025 Events
Come fuel your faith with other women in this area. We have so much in common as we focus on growing our relationship with Jesus. Our sincere hope is that you would experience His love and grace as we worship together.
Our team will focus on more prayer this year and we invite you to join us.
